You may withdraw from your order within 14 days.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, odor-free, and in perfect condition. The product must not have been used by your dog, as even minimal odors make resale impossible.

All returns must be announced in advance via email. Unannounced, used, or odor-affected returns will not be accepted.
